Record sales at Parklakes 2

Master Builders display villages manager Andrew Rockley reports the latest Survey of Industry Conditions from Master Builders shows that from April-June this year there was a continued high level of business confidence, with residential trading conditions at a record high.

“All in all, conditions are looking stable for the coming year on the Sunshine Coast and we are positive about the outlook for the industry,” Mr Rockley said.

“Parklakes 2 display village has been open for three months now and we are seeing a strong amount of traffic through the which is encouraging.”

There is a real confidence in the Sunshine Coast market and the solid demand for land at Parklakes 2 seen in the past year highlights that more and more people want to build their own home instead of renting.

“We are finding that our buyers have really done their research and even before they come to see us many have already decided to build at Parklakes 2, it’s a lifestyle choice for most people.
